These types of manure storage systems are widely used in Western Canada, but less common in Nova Scotia. Learn how the structures work and if they might be a consideration for your farm. Steve will discuss various aspects including design, siting criteria and environmental elements. This webinar is an initiative of the new Nova Scotia Agri-Environmental Program, a three way partnership between Perennia, Nova Scotia Federation of Agriculture and the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture which aims to reduce environmental risk on farm.
